I’ve been in ministry for over 25 years – both as a volunteer and in full-time ministry. Basically, I’ve been involved in family ministry since I was a kid myself! They used to pull me out of VBS to help in the Nursery and I’ve been involved in service ever since!

I’ve led in Nursery, Preschool, Children, and Students. One of the most exciting things is helping the next generation learn about the love of God and seeing them experience God’s love for themselves. In fact, the only thing that excites me more than that is helping equip other leaders to be intentional and strategic in leading the next generation.

Ministry is hard. It can eat us up and spit us out if we’re not careful. My desire is to share the leadership lessons I’ve learned along the way to help other leaders become better at what they do. When we lead better, we can lead more.
